About Laurie Weinberg, RP

As part of my on-going educational journey and experiences I bring to my work, I have a BFA degree in piano performance and a JD and LLB degree in law.

Although I finished law school, I never ended up practicing as a lawyer.

My true calling revealed itself after I became a client myself.  I was deeply moved and surprised by the changes in attitude and belief I was able to make within the context of a caring, empathetic and supportive therapeutic relationship.

I knew then that I wanted to offer this kind of healing space too.

I have spent over twenty years as a student of spirituality and personal growth.  My interests have led me to various ashrams and learning centers around the world.

I have certification as a Gestalt therapist, spiritual psychotherapist, spiritual director, Nurtured Heart Approach facilitator, hypnotherapist, EMDR therapist, RLT therapy, and somatic psychology.

I am a member of the OACCPP.
